2. Data we collect and process

a) When you visit this website. Our hosting provider automatically processes information your browser transmits (so-called server log files): IP address (anonymised where possible), date and time of the request, content of the request, HTTP status code, transferred data volume, referrer URL, browser and operating system. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable, secure operation). The data is deleted after 14 days unless retention is legally required.

b) When you book a call. When you submit the booking form (name, email, idea description, date and time slot) we process this data to schedule the call and to contact you. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request). The data is stored for as long as necessary to provide the requested service plus statutory retention periods.

c) When you write to us. If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide to respond. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR.

3. Cookies and local storage

This website uses only technically necessary cookies and browser local storage to remember language preference and to track tentative bookings on your device. No tracking, advertising or analytics cookies are set without your explicit consent. Legal basis for necessary storage: § 25 (2) Nr. 2 TTDSG.

4. Recipients and processors

Where we use third-party services to provide this website (hosting, email delivery, calendar scheduling), those providers act as processors on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR) under a Data Processing Agreement. Categories of recipients currently include our hosting provider and any service used to deliver confirmation emails. A full list is available on request.

5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Where personal data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA we ensure an appropriate level of protection through one of the safeguards listed in Art. 46 GDPR, in particular the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
